Job summary

Parexel is seeking an experienced Programming Lead, Samples, Kits and Laboratory to oversee biomarker sample management, laboratory operations, and kit logistics across global clinical programs. You will partner with study teams and vendors to ensure data integrity and operational excellence throughout the trial lifecycle.

You'll lead planning, tracking, and optimization of samples, kits, and related data, develop dashboards, and apply programming tools to aggregate and assess study data in line

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent; biology or related major preferred.
• 6+ years of clinical research experience in academia, CRO, pharma, or biotech.
• Working knowledge of clinical drug development, ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements incl. FDA/local regs.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office; familiarity with role-specific systems.
• Strong written and verbal communications and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Perl, SQL, or other languages; familiarity with APIs and Linux/Unix.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional study teams to support precision medicine strategies.
• Serve as SME for sample management, testing activities and biomarker study ops.
• Lead planning, tracking, oversight of biomarker samples, kits, lab ops, logistics and data.
• Develop tools and dashboards to track samples, kits, data, and operating metrics.
