Job summary

Brio Digital is seeking a Data Engineer to design and implement ETL pipelines to support product reporting. The role is fully remote with rare Leeds visits and pays £500/day inside IR35 for a contract through May 2027.

You will work with AWS data sources (DynamoDB, CloudWatch), build reusable pipelines, and deliver curated datasets for Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, collaborating with stakeholders to meet reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data engineering and ETL development within cloud environments.
• Hands-on AWS experience, particularly DynamoDB and CloudWatch.
• Experience using Power BI and building data pipelines; awareness of data governance and security.

Responsibilities

• Extract data from DynamoDB, CloudWatch and other AWS sources.
• Design and implement data transformation, cleansing and aggregation processes.
• Develop efficient, reusable data pipelines using AWS services.
• Create curated datasets and data models for Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Support the development and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into data models and measures.
