Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative experience.
• 6+ months of experience with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with issue resolution by cross-checking data in Excel files and other systems.
• Support database cleaning after results upload and verify data integrity.
• Manage shipping manifests (ePLs) and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Escalate issues and ensure training records are up to date.
