Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science.
• 6+ years in clinical research or lab environment.
• Experience working with customers and internal teams.
• Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with clinical/preclinical protocols.

Responsibilities

• Interpret sponsor protocols into database specs to generate SOW.
• Design database with input from therapeutic area, client and company.
• Interact with external clients and internal departments regularly.
• Advise on study design choices and assess risks and budgets with GSM.
• Coordinate feasibility, MTAs and supply forecasting related to study design.
• Document customer requirements and ensure actions are taken.
• Manage a portfolio of global and local studies with varying complexity.
• Support continuous improvement, quality and productivity.
