Job summary

Capita PLC is recruiting for a Data Analyst to join the HAAS contract in a remote, home-based role in the United Kingdom. You will develop dashboards and performance reporting, delivering insight-led visibility and ongoing improvements across the organisation.

You will drive Power BI solutions, implement governance, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate data and compelling, concise outputs for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise across Power Query, Power BI and Power Automate.
• Advanced capability in reverse engineering and modernising legacy reports and technical solutions.
• Highly developed requirements elicitation and translation skills, engaging stakeholders to define needs.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear outputs for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve dashboards and reporting frameworks to deliver insight-led visibility of performance.
• Deliver intuitive, user-centric dashboards that provide actionable insight and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure solutions are accessible for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document processes, methodologies and outputs to standardised governance.
• Support integration and collation of data inputs across business areas for consistent reporting.
• Develop and adopt Power BI solutions across the organisation.
• Leverage Power Automate to drive automation and efficiency in reporting and processes.
