HR GO Recruitment is seeking a Data and Automation Business Analyst for a Dorset-based role focused on powering digital transformation with Power BI, Power Platform and AI tools. You will design dashboards, transform data and automate processes across departments, reporting to the IT Director and working primarily from the Dorset office with some hybrid flexibility.

• Proven experience in a Data Analyst, BI Developer or Power Platform Developer role.
• Strong Power BI skills including DAX, Power Query, data modelling and dashboard creation.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion for automation, innovation and continuous improvement.

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Analyse, transform and visualise data from multiple sources.
