• Strong commercial experience in Power BI development and data modelling.
• Proficient in SQL, DAX, and data transformation.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable reporting models.
• Exposure to data governance and semantic layer design.

• Enhance and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Develop semantic models and data layers underpinning reporting.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and data models.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and drive improvements.
• Write and optimise DAX and SQL for reporting and analytics.
• Ensure outputs are accurate, reliable and governed.
• Support external-facing reporting and self-service analytics.
• Contribute to Agile delivery, sprints, and roadmaps.
• Maintain documentation and promote best-practice reporting.
• Contribute to innovative projects with data products and AI analytics.
