Job summary

CVS Group is seeking a Data Analyst to lead analytics, build and maintain PowerBI dashboards, and transform reporting across veterinary services. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, data quality, and governance within a remote position with occasional travel.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, deliver actionable insights, and support ongoing reporting transformations while ensuring clarity and accuracy across operational data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, CS, or related).
• Proven experience with data, BI reporting, and insights in a business environment.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI for visualization and reporting.
• Experience with SQL and database queries; experience in Fabric cloud environment desirable.
• Proficiency in scripting, data queries, and statistical software (SQL, Python, R, Spark).
• Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Understand data requirements and deliver reporting and data insights aligned to evolving strategy across clinical leadership, finance and ops.
• Develop, maintain and monitor dashboards and reporting solutions; ensure performance and quality.
• Investigate data discrepancies and ensure reports are accurate and fit for purpose.
• Update dashboards with agreed changes and enhancements with business owners.
• Respond to data requests with efficient and timely solutions; provide clear insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with wider data teams to support reporting priorities and business needs.
