Job summary

Flexigrant is inviting motivated apprentices to build the Training Academy while supporting customers. You will use AI tools to create content, assist with the helpdesk, and help customers realise value from the platform.

The role blends hands-on content work with proactive customer success activities, all within a fully remote apprenticeship. Entry requirements include GCSEs with Maths/English at grade 3+ and no conflicting higher-level qualification in a similar subject.

Qualifications

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ in any subject.
• GCSE Maths and English grades 3+ (D or above).
• Candidates must not hold a higher-level qualification in a similar subject.

Responsibilities

• Record screen walkthroughs and turn recordings into scripted content for the Training Academy.
• Provide helpdesk support and convert recurring questions into Academy content.
• Maintain customer records and identify at-risk customers for targeted outreach.
• Support product releases via customer communications and webinars.
• Use AI tools daily to draft, script, summarise history and produce video content.
