Job summary

Valsoft Corporation (via Fluent Software Group) hosts Flexigrant’s Customer Experience Apprentice role. You will create how-to content for the Training Academy, support customers via the helpdesk, and work with the customer success team to ensure customers gain full value from the platform using AI daily.

This hands-on role includes the Level 3 Digital and AI Support apprenticeship, funded by the government.

Qualifications

• Experience creating how-to content or tutorials.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with AI tools and automation.
• Interest in customer success and digital support.

Responsibilities

• Create the how-to content for the Training Academy and convert recordings into scripts and videos.
• Support customers via the helpdesk and coordinate with the success team.
• Keep knowledge base articles up to date.
• Maintain accurate customer records in HubSpot and monitor usage data.
• Assist with customer communications, webinars, and product releases.
