AVEVA is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive value, adoption, and expansion for a portfolio of customers. You will manage relationships, set success plans, and work with cross-functional teams to maximize outcomes from AVEVA solutions.

The role focuses on onboarding, deployment, adoption, and expansion across global accounts. Travel to customer sites is expected (~25% annually) with remote work options available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in similar roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 tools (Office 365, SharePoint, PowerBI).
• Ability to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent relationship management and organizational skills.
• Experience with project and program management methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Onboarding – establish relationships, set expectations, accelerate deployment readiness.
• Deployment – define architecture, coordinate services and resources, manage budgets.
• Adoption – educate, consult on AVEVA use cases, drive value and engagement.
• Expansion – identify new opportunities and collaborate with Sales to generate revenue.
