Job summary

MPLC is seeking an Associate Customer Success Executive to join our UK-based Customer Success Team. You will own a portfolio of existing customers and drive renewal and expansion revenue while minimizing churn.

You will ensure every customer site is properly licensed, work with internal teams and client contacts at different levels of seniority, and help ensure invoices are paid in full and on time.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer success, account management, or licensing.
• Experience renewing contracts and mitigating churn.
• Proficient with CRM tools.
• Comfort with a high volume of outbound calls as part of the role.
• Experience with licensing, media, or intellectual property is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of existing customers and minimize churn while driving renewal and expansion revenue.
• Confirm every customer site and location is properly covered by their license.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client contacts at varying seniority levels; ensure invoices are paid on time.
