MPLC seeks an Associate Customer Success Executive to join our Customer Success Team. You will own a portfolio of existing customers, minimize churn, and drive renewal and expansion revenue by ensuring license coverage for all sites and locations.

You will handle objections calmly, coordinate with internal teams, and monitor renewals with a proactive, outbound outreach cadence to ensure on-time payments and compliance.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or licensing.
• Experience with renewals and reducing churn is preferred.
• Ability to handle objections in a calm, consultative manner.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of existing customers and minimize churn while driving renewals and expansion.
• Confirm every customer site and location is covered by their license.
• Handle renewal objections, ensure invoices are paid in full and on time.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance on deal amendments and documentation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and respond to compliance questions ahead of renewals.
