Job summary

MCS Rental Software is seeking a Customer Success Agent to join our team on a part-time basis in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on proactive engagement with UK customers, gathering feedback, measuring NPS, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the customer journey.

You will also provide administrative support to the Customer Success and Projects teams, especially during holidays and sickness, offering flexible hours and meaningful impact on customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service, customer success, administration, or account support role.
• Excellent telephone manner and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact a portfolio of 200+ customers by telephone to build strong relationships.
• Record and measure Net Promoter Score (NPS) from customer conversations.
• Identify trends, opportunities and risks; share insights with the business.
