The role involves handling inquiries, processing in-life requests, updating customer data, and working with internal teams to improve service delivery. Competitive £50k base with strong bonus and uncapped potential for the right candidate, based in the UK M4 Corridor (Remote).

Responsibilities

• Handle all telephone enquiries from prospective and existing customers.
• Respond quickly to inquiries to ensure positive outcomes.
• Manage in-life processes: settlement requests, reschedules, account queries, refunds, cash reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support requests and queries.
• Maintain up-to-date customer data.
• Identify improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Handle customer complaints.
