Job summary

Westward is seeking a Customer Enabling Advisor on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. The role is homeworker with a designated office in Newton Abbot, working 36.25 hours per week and earning £26,325 per annum.

You will resolve customer queries about repairs, tenancy/estate management, rent payments, or updating personal information via phone, email, or SMS, with monthly meetings in Newton Abbot.

Qualifications

• Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strong IT skills able to adapt and learn new software systems
• Experience working in a fast paced customer service environment
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection
• Excellent communication skills with ability to confidently communicate effectively with people with different needs
