Job summary

Thirteen Group is seeking a Part Time Customer Ambassador (18.5 hours per week) to join our Repairs Team for 12 months. The role is roam, with most time working from home and at least two days in our Middlesbrough office (Hudson Quay) on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with occasional additional office days as needed.

You’ll support customers from repair reporting to completion, provide administrative support, coordinate activity to optimise resources, and help resolve enquiries promptly while

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outstanding customer service in a customer-facing environment.
• Great communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers, colleagues and contractors.
• Empathy and resilience to handle customer enquiries and complaints effectively.
• Confident using a range of IT systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Well organised and proactive, with the ability to prioritise workloads and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Support customers from report to completion with timely updates and clear communication.
• Provide administrative support across Repairs and Maintenance to keep records and systems accurate.
• Coordinate repair activity to optimise resources and deliver excellent customer outcomes.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
