Job summary

KnowledgeBrief is seeking a Skills Coach to support adults through the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Level 4 apprenticeship. You will join the Operations team and collaborate with curriculum colleagues to engage learners, track progress, and ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities include coaching, developing resources, and coordinating with line managers to connect responsible business principles with learners' organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, teaching or structured learning in corporate responsibility and sustainability.
• Level 4 or higher qualification in Sustainability or related field.
• Strong knowledge of corporate responsibility, stakeholder engagement, and impact.
• Ability to plan learning, give feedback, monitor progress, and maintain learner records.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised coaching to adult learners with context-specific support.
• Create learning plans with on-the-job and off-the-job learning goals.
• Hold regular coaching sessions and progress reviews with managers.
• Develop learning resources, workshops and webinars for practical application.
• Track progress and prepare learners for end-point assessment with targeted feedback.
• Identify learners at risk and plan tailored interventions with team leaders.
