Job summary

Stockton Riverside College, part of The Education Training Collective, is seeking a Skills Coach to join the Construction, Professional & Service Industries department to support Apprentices up to Level 3.

You will use coaching to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours, and you will plan effective reviews with Apprentices and Employers, coordinating with sector teachers to drive timely achievement.

Qualifications

• Significant industry experience in the Construction sector.
• Must be qualified to Level 3.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Apprentices up to Level 3 with knowledge, skills and behaviours.
• Plan and conduct reviews with Apprentices and Employers.
• Collaborate with sector teachers to track progress and plan effective reviews.
