Job summary

KnowledgeBrief is a UK-based provider partnering with organisations to develop capable leaders through evidence-based learning. The role leads apprenticeship provision, blending educational quality with commercial delivery and stakeholder outcomes.

You will report to the CEO, shaping strategy and embedding a strong delivery function across operations, curriculum and client experience with a focus on sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in an independent apprenticeship training provider.
• Deep understanding of apprenticeship and training compliance, curriculum development, delivery and quality assurance.
• Proven track record translating strategy into priorities balancing learner outcomes and commercial sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across apprenticeship and training provision.
• Oversee delivery performance, curriculum, quality, compliance and learner and employer outcomes.
• Lead managers across operations, quality, curriculum, compliance and client experience.
