You will translate data into compelling concepts, collaborate with Design, UA and PMM teams, and drive experiments to improve app performance and growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in performance marketing.
• Solid understanding of key performance marketing metrics and how they relate to each other.
• Ability to translate data into creative ideas.
• Proven experience developing and executing effective creative strategies.
• Experience conducting creative research.
• Ability to balance creativity with performance goals.
• Strong ideation skills combined with structured thinking.
• Excellent communication skills for working closely with the Design, UA and PMM teams.
• English level: B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop winning creative strategies and concepts to promote our mobile application.
• Optimize creatives based on performance data and user feedback.
• Research competitors and market trends to identify best practices.
• Collaborate with the Product and UA teams to highlight the app's key features, advantages and test new approaches to improve performance.
• Write briefs for original ideas and iterate to drive better outcomes.
