Job summary

Blvck Sheep Media is seeking a Creative Operations Manager to own day-to-day client delivery, coordinate our videographers and editors, and ensure projects run smoothly from onboarding to publication. The role sits remotely within UK hours and reports to the Founder.

You will drive operations, hit deadlines and maintain high creative standards while fostering strong client relationships and scalable processes across the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in a creative/marketing or video environment.
• Previous agency or closely related Creative Operations, Client Success, Account Management or Project Management experience.
• Experience coordinating creative teams and managing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client onboarding, relationships and approvals across multiple projects.
• Coordinate videographers and editors, book shoots and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain production calendars, track deadlines and ensure high creative standards.
• Provide clear feedback to editors and ensure revisions are completed.
• Protect founder's calendar and report weekly client status and capacity.
