Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Cortex Solutions Manager to blend technical, blueprint, and architectural capabilities with partner monetization. You will help partners deliver Cortex services-led solutions and drive revenue growth within the partner ecosystem.

The role focuses on security operations and managed services, with emphasis on MDR, IR, SOAR, SASE, and SD-WAN. You will craft innovative partner services and guide project initiation to scale impact.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience with network security technologies such as SASE, SD-WAN, ZTNA, SOAR, SIEM, EDR, Cloud Security.

Responsibilities

Grow the Cortex GSI and SP/MSSP partner ecosystem through deep collaboration internally and with partners.
Develop innovative service offerings to support Services-Led GTM for MSSP partners.
Identify services and market opportunities for partner services to optimize Palo Alto Networks deployments in on‑premise and cloud models.
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on new products, releases, and roadmaps to ensure partner readiness.
Lead with a clear vision to partners, customers, consultants, and account managers and ensure alignment.
Design and refine partner services and assets to enable scalable delivery by partners.
Manage cross‑functional coordination to drive successful service delivery and capture lessons learned.
