Job summary

QED Legal is recruiting a remote conveyancer to join a well-established property team. You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases with a focus on client care.

The role offers fully remote working, flexible hours and ongoing training within a supportive and expanding legal business. Experience in residential conveyancing and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced conveyancing fee earner.
• Experience managing residential conveyancing caseloads.
• Strong communication and client-care skills.
• Organised, commercially aware and detail-focused.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Deal with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Communicate regularly with clients and keep them informed throughout transactions.
• Handle enquiries, searches, title issues and contractual documentation.
• Liaise with estate agents, lenders, brokers and other solicitors.
• Progress matters efficiently and proactively and maintain records.
