Job summary

William James Recruitment is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its growing, people-focused team on a remote basis with flexible hybrid/Home working options.

You will handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold transactions, working with a dedicated assistant and supportive colleagues to maintain high standards of client service.

Qualifications

• 3+ PQE Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer with strong residential conveyancing experience.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to manage client communications.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with a team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Working closely with a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant and specialist teams.
• Utilising a modern case management system to streamline processes.
• Liaising with clients, agents and lenders throughout transactions.
• Delivering high standards of client service and communication.
• Collaborating with onboarding, post exchange and completion teams.
• Maintaining compliance and accuracy across all files.

A well-established and highly reputable law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly and growing team whilst working remotely in the comfort of their own home.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a people-focused, family-owned firm known for its outstanding client service and supportive culture, whilst working remotely.

As a Remote Residential Conveyancer, you’ll manage your own caseload with full support from a dedicated assistant and specialist teams, allowing you to focus on delivering quality work in a flexible and well-structured environment.

The Role

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Working closely with a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant
• Utilising a modern case management system to streamline processes
• Liaising with clients, agents and lenders throughout transactions
• Delivering high standards of client service and communication
• Collaborating with onboarding, post exchange and completion teams
• Maintaining compliance and accuracy across all files

The Candidate

• 3+ PQE Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer (ideally 5+ years)
• Strong experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
• Confident handling both freehold and leasehold transactions
• Demonstrable commitment to excellent client service
• Experience using case management systems preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-focused approach
