Job summary

ENVISION PEOPLE LTD, in partnership with a well-established law firm, seeks an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its property team. You will manage your own caseload while delivering excellent client service within a supportive and well-resourced environment.

Remote, hybrid or office-based working is available, with prior home-working experience preferred. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' residential conveyancing experience and may be a Licensed Conveyancer,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential conveyancing experience.
• Experience as a Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX Lawyer, Legal Executive or experienced non-qualified conveyancer.
• Strong and demonstrable billing history.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage own residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
• Deliver high levels of client service within a supportive team.
• Work closely with the property department and paralegal staff.
• Maintain accurate file notes and meet all deadlines.

Are you an Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years experience? Do you have a stable work history with no more than 3 law firm moves over the last 10 years?

Envision People is working with a well-established, CQS-accredited law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its established property team.

This opportunity would suit an experienced fee earner who enjoys managing their own residential conveyancing caseload and delivering excellent client service within a supportive and well-resourced team.

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3 years' residential conveyancing experience
• Experience as a Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX Lawyer, Legal Executive or experienced non-qualified conveyancer
• A strong and demonstrable billing history
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong organisational and IT skills
• The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• A stable employment history
• A proactive, team-focused approach

The firm offers fully remote, hybrid or office-based working from. Remote applicants must have previous experience of successfully working from home within a law firm environment and be able to manage their caseload with minimal supervision.

You will join a substantial property department with dedicated onboarding and post-completion support, as well as access to paralegal assistance where appropriate.
