Qualifications

• Must have experience with data entry and Excel.
• Ability to resolve issues independently.
• Must communicate effectively with customers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone technical support to installation technicians.
• Ensure well-connected site during and after installation.
• Be first point of contact during installation process.
• Provide validation and sign off for installations.
• Maintain Master sign off sheets for rollouts.
• Check trouble ticket logs and resolve issues.
• Check system reports to resolve anomalies.
• Communicate with customers and technicians via various methods.

Skills

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Experience working with customers

Ability to liaise between team members

Ability to quickly adapt to new interfaces

Basic SQL usage

Good all round Microsoft Package skills particularly Excel
