Accountabilities

  • Serve as the go-to advisor on privacy, security, and AI compliance for cross-functional teams.
  • Advise on the business impact of various EU regulations including the EU AI Act and GDPR.
  • Build scalable legal infrastructure by refining templates, playbooks, and processes.
  • Partner with EMEA leadership to ensure legal alignment and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Train go-to-market teams on contract procedures, compliance requirements, and risk management.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of in-house experience with commercial and tech transactions in a SaaS environment.
  • Deep expertise in GDPR, ePrivacy, and EU data protection frameworks.
  • Proven track record of negotiating MSAs, DPAs, and technology partnerships.
