Version 1 is seeking a hands-on Security Consultant who can combine deep technical delivery with strong client-facing consulting skills. You will assess, design, improve and govern security controls across cloud environments, applications, APIs, infrastructure and enterprise security domains.

This role requires challenging customer assumptions, influencing stakeholders, and leading constructive conversations to drive secure outcomes, embedding security into delivery pipelines and IaC practices

Qualifikationen

• Experience in cloud security design and secure cloud architectures (AWS preferred).
• Strong IAM, data protection and logging/monitoring knowledge.
• Experience with SIEM platforms, threat detection and incident response.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical security controls.

Aufgaben

• Assess current-state security maturity and define remediation roadmaps.
• Lead security architecture reviews across cloud, apps, IAM, data protection.
• Advise customers on security strategy, risk reduction, operating model improvements.
• Design secure cloud landing zones, network segmentation and guardrails.
• Embed security into delivery pipelines and IaC practices with engineering teams.
• Support threat detection, incident readiness and post-incident improvements.
