Qualifications

• Qualified health professional (physiotherapist) with DWP accreditation.

• Able to liaise with managers and complete quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Stage 3 with HPs who completed training and liaise with managers daily.
• Coach new entrants individually and in groups to build confidence and capability.
• Provide clinical support to Health Practitioners with scheduled time for skill development.
• Facilitate shared learning sessions to promote best practices.
• Complete operational work as required based on business needs.
• Model best practice and maintain high professional standards.
• Promote ongoing development and collaboration within the HP team.
