Job summary

Advo Health is seeking a Clinical Performance Lead to oversee WCA clinical performance within the Clinical Performance Team. You will manage quality standards, productivity, staff development and service level targets.

You will provide clinical leadership, coach team members, and utilise data and technology to drive continuous improvement while maintaining approval status. Occasional travel within Kent and Sussex is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of WCA assessment handbook and A-grade criteria.
• Ability to monitor and evaluate performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.
• Experience delivering quality assurance activities for WCA Qualifications.
• Secretary of State Approval in WCA Professional Registration.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead on all WCA clinical related performance metrics within the team and implement strategies to enhance performance.
• Provide visible leadership and direction to WCA Healthcare Professionals to enable quality delivery, volume, and customer service metrics.
• Deliver team objectives and performance against targets through robust performance management methods.
• Motivate and coach team members through CPD and develop potential for succession planning.
• Utilise technology and management information to analyse performance and drive productivity and quality.
• Investigate customer complaints and address serious complaints as required.
• Report performance metrics with deviation explanations and corrective plans.
• Communicate changes in assessment procedures and best practices requirements.
• Maintain governance, ensure targets are met, and know when to expand.
• Maintain approval status and ensure adequate clinical assessments monthly.
