Health Partners is seeking a Clinical Recruitment Manager to headhunt and attract clinical talent via LinkedIn and other channels. You will report on recruitment requirements and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to raise Health Partners as an employer of choice for clinical professionals.

You will manage the candidate journey end-to-end, build talent pipelines, and provide market intelligence on talent availability and salary benchmarking.

Formación

• Proven experience of headhunting and direct sourcing.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups and formulas.
• Experience reporting on recruitment activity and workforce requirements to stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience owning, maintaining and developing hiring manager relationships.
• Good understanding of employment legislation and regulations relating to recruitment and selection.
• Experience recruiting clinical professionals in the healthcare sector.
• Experience with an ATS and confident with Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead proactive headhunting and direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of clinical talent to meet workforce needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to advise on sourcing strategy and market conditions.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards on vacancies and outcomes.
• Analyse recruitment data using advanced Excel and present insights.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
