Our Future Health in London is seeking a Senior Programme Operations Manager to provide operational leadership across participant recruitment activities. You’ll oversee recruitment suppliers, shape delivery pathways and ensure quality, cost and delivery targets.

The role requires extensive clinical research operations experience, an epidemiology background, and experience managing external suppliers, contracts and budgets.

Formación

• GCP knowledge and understanding of the UK clinical research environment.
• Epidemiological background and linking research design to delivery.
• Experience managing external suppliers with performance, negotiation and escalation.
• Contract knowledge and relationship management for delivery.
• Ability to work with targets, KPIs, budgets, and performance data.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational oversight of recruitment suppliers and delivery.
• Develop recruitment strategy and convert priorities into operational plans.
• Manage supplier performance against contracts, KPIs, SLAs, budgets and delivery targets.
• Build supplier relationships and escalate issues as needed.
• Use data to understand performance and identify improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement across recruitment routes.
• Plan recruitment operations balancing clinical, financial and quality priorities.
• Contribute to the design of new recruitment pathways.
• Lead recruitment workstreams and governance meetings.
• Identify and manage operational risks, dependencies and contingencies.
• Line manage and develop a team of Programme Operations Managers.
• Collaborate across Our Future Health to align recruitment with programme goals.
