Job summary

Charles River is recruiting two Clinical Project Managers to join our Global Laboratory Sciences function. These are remote roles with up to 10% travel to Tranent Edinburgh site.

You will lead study timelines, coordinate with operations and clients, and ensure alignment with sponsor requirements across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong bioanalysis background, project management experience in CRO/biotech, and excellent communication skills to manage client relationships and

Qualifications

• Significant industry-led laboratory experience in bioanalysis.
• Experience managing scientific projects in CRO/biotech environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage study timelines and milestones with study teams.
• Review proposals/SOWs to align with sponsor requirements.
• Coordinate, lead and document routine and ad hoc project meetings.
• Track study logistics and ensure timelines are maintained.
• Support billing and contract reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
