Growthopia is hiring a Client Success Manager to work remotely. You will own 30 client accounts, serving as the main liaison between clients and Growthopia's internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly.

You will onboard clients, coordinate across departments, and ensure clients upload footage and approve scripts on time. The role emphasizes proactive communication, accountability, and the ability to deescalate tense situations while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualificações

• Experience in client success or account management.
• Comfortable with sales and marketing coordination.
• Able to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a remote setting.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary point of contact for 30 clients across Slack, email, and Zoom.
• Onboard new clients, run kickoff calls, and set them up in systems.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams so nothing gets stuck.
• Provide filming guidelines and advise on setup, equipment, framing, and lighting.
• Hold clients accountable for uploading footage and approving scripts.
• Rush approvals and missing footage in a timely, professional manner.
• Report on campaign performance and advise clients on next steps.
• Flag risks early and deescalate tense situations.
