Job summary

• Ability to host and lead effective online meetings using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a remote team.
• Confidence using CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and ticketing systems with clear, professional responses.
• Schedule and lead virtual client meetings, document actions, and ensure follow-up.
• Guide new clients through onboarding, capture leads, and coordinate service scheduling.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, billing paperwork, and project documentation.
• Troubleshoot product and service issues, escalate complex inquiries as needed, and track resolutions.
