You will build strong client relationships while complying with strict data protection and anti-fraud policies. In this position, you will conduct scheduled client calls, ensure timely responses, and navigate the platform to assist clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, and concise communication exclusively within the official Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context in advance, and assist clients with platform navigation.
• Queue, SLA management: prioritize unread client threads, maintain SLA discipline, and conduct authorized proactive outreach.
• CRM administration: maintain accurate client notes without copying unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & compliance: identify red flags, complaints, or incidents per compliance rules.
