Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm client communication exclusively within Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context, and assist clients with platform navigation while complying with limits.
• Prioritize unread client threads, maintain SLA discipline, and perform authorized proactive outreach to clients.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM without copying unnecessary personal data.
• Identify red flags, complaints, security incidents, or boundary violations and escalate per compliance rules.
