Kraken is seeking a CE Data Analyst to shape its performance ecosystem for the Client Experience org. You will own the advancement of the CE Specialist Performance Management platform, powering incentive models and insights.

You will partner with Data Eng and CE Service teams to ingest data into the Kraken Data Lake, build dashboards, and deliver scalable data solutions that drive world-class support and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing performance metrics for CE, Sales, or Contact Center teams.
• 5+ years SQL to build, validate and optimize metrics.
• 3+ years building data pipelines and orchestration.
• 3+ years data integration and infrastructure experience.
• Basic Python for data analysis and automation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Excellent data storytelling and clear communication.
• Crypto curiosity and commitment to Kraken's mission.

Responsabilités

• Partner with CE to define KPIs measuring CE operations effectiveness.
• Build, refine, and maintain CE performance metrics in the Data Lake.
• Ensure metrics reflect team outcomes, productivity, and service quality.
• Continuously evaluate metrics to support evolving business needs.
• Create intuitive dashboards to communicate insights across CE.
• Use Tableau, Power BI, or similar to transform data into insights.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for leaders.
• Improve dashboard usability and data governance with the team.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Assist in integrating Zendesk, Playvox, Workday into the Data Lake.
