Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication exclusively within the official Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context in advance, and assist clients with platform navigation.
• Prioritize unread client threads, manage SLA compliance, and conduct authorized proactive outreach to clients.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM without copying unnecessary personal data.
• Identify and elevate red flags, complaints, or security incidents according to compliance rules.
