Acquire Search is partnering with an established, high-growth DTC consumer to recruit a Head of Growth who will lead customer acquisition with an existing team and a £5m+ annual digital investment. The role offers progression to CRM, Retention and Ecommerce, with a path toward a Director-level position.

You’ll need to demonstrate a history of helping scale a DTC brand, strong performance marketing knowledge and an analytical, data-driven mindset to uncover the next phase of growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience within a scaling DTC subscription business.
• Strong knowledge of customer acquisition and performance marketing.
• Genuine understanding of CAC, LTV, retention, subscription economics and profitability.
• Analytical mindset and curiosity to dig until you understand why something is happening.

Aufgaben

• Lead customer acquisition with an established team covering Paid Social, PPC, SEO and Affiliates.
• Understand numbers, identify growth opportunities and allocate investments effectively.
• Progressively take responsibility for CRM, Retention and Ecommerce to shape the wider DTC operation.
• Communicate impact clearly: what you did, why it mattered and the results.
