Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google with CAC/ROAS targets.
• Own the ecommerce roadmap and CRO improvements to raise conversion and AOV.
• Manage onsite journey, merchandising and landing page testing to boost conversions.
• Develop CRM and lifecycle programs to increase retention and CLV.
• Own funnel reporting and use data to optimise spend and profitability.
• Collaborate with brand and operations to support stock, fulfilment and margins.
