Job summary

Square is seeking a Channel Sales Support Agent to back its UK and Europe independent contractor sales teams. You will ensure teams have the tools, information, and guidance to sell and onboard Square products locally.

You’ll coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes, resolve blockers, and keep playbooks up to date while maintaining strong relationships with partners and contractors. This remote-first role offers flexibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sales support, channel management, or customer service.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI tools.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for UK and Europe sales teams, responding to inquiries within SLA timeframes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with independent contractor sales teams.
• Provide product knowledge, pricing information, sales collateral, and technical guidance.
• Work with internal teams to resolve sales inefficiencies and remove blockers.
• Maintain sales documentation, playbooks, and resource libraries; coordinate commissions with finance.
