Job summary

Markerstudy Insurance Services Limited is seeking a Project Manager to lead Change Projects across the business, including interaction with Technology and wider teams. The role requires experience in regulated environments and the ability to manage projects using both waterfall and agile approaches.

You will engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful delivery, manage project governance, finance, resourcing, risk, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a regulated environment.
• Strong project management skills and experience.
• Experience or interest in Digital, development, AI, pricing driven or data driven projects.
• Experienced in leading medium to large projects.
• Experience managing third parties.
• Experience in industry standard project management processes and controls – financial control, resource management, risk & issue management, planning, change control, benefits management, reporting.
• Formal project management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Change Projects across the business using waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Drive a number of projects in scale, complexity and budget, collaborating with Technology and wider business areas.
• Engage and influence internal and external stakeholders to support effective project delivery.
• Ensure governance and control of projects across their lifecycle, including finance, resourcing, planning and reporting.
