Job summary

DVF Recruitment is supporting a leading global insurer by sourcing a Junior Project Manager to oversee key business change and transformation initiatives. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with business objectives.

The role requires experience in project management within insurance or financial services, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to manage plans, budgets, risks and dependencies using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects from initiation to delivery.
• Experience within insurance or financial services is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, timelines and dependencies, and to communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through to delivery and implementation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
• Engage stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and resolve issues.
• Provide regular updates on project performance and delivery milestones.
• Ensure projects meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
