Job summary

Aston Charles is representing a prestigious UK insurer in Leeds, seeking a Senior Business Change Project Manager to drive major UK projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, chair governance bodies, and ensure timely delivery with strong communication across stakeholders.

The role requires proven senior PM/Programme experience in Insurance or Financial Services, with Prince2 Practitioner and Agile expertise. Hybrid working is offered, with office attendance in Leeds three days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager in Insurance or Financial Services.
• Knowledge of Prince2 Practitioner and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern large, complex UK projects within the Portfolio plan.
• Chair Working Groups and Steerco meetings with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery of new products/services on time, within budget and to quality.
