Job summary

Munich Re Specialty – Global Markets in Manchester is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own and deliver end-to-end business change projects with a hybrid working pattern (2–3 days per week).

You will coordinate with IT project managers, data leads, business analysts and SMEs to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and measurable benefits realization across multiple Change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing business-focused transformational changes within insurance, including Guidewire implementations.
• Proven ability to shape and drive multi-functional workstreams (8–20+ FTE) across Business Change, IT, Data, etc.
• Track record delivering budgets £1–£5m and 6–18+ month timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead project ownership and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Define scope, objectives and maintain a live project plan with milestones.
• Allocate resources and manage budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
