Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management with focus on logistics, supply chain, or food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a remote team of catering coordinators and support staff to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop, implement, and refine operational processes and policies for seamless remote catering delivery.
• Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control for all virtual catering services.
• Build and maintain relationships with catering partners and third-party delivery providers.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, measure performance, and drive improvements.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability across all remote catering operations.
