Job summary

Enhance Catering is recruiting a Chef Manager to lead the catering operations for our client sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, hands-on chef who enjoys leading a team, working with fresh ingredients, and delivering a high-quality food service.

You will be an experienced Chef Manager, or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up, with excellent cooking and people-management skills. You take pride in running a well-organised, efficient kitchen and are confident producing

Qualifications

• Experience leading a catering operation in high-volume settings.
• Strong people-management and leadership abilities.
• Hands-on chef with a focus on fresh ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day catering operation.
• Prepare and deliver fresh, seasonal food to a high standard.
• Motivate and develop the kitchen team.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and due diligence requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with onsite stakeholders and clients.
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation.
• Drive food quality, consistency and presentation.
