Job summary

Enhance Catering is recruiting a Chef Manager to lead the catering operations for our client sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, hands-on chef who enjoys leading a team, working with fresh ingredients, and delivering a high-quality food service.

You will be an experienced Chef Manager, or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up, with excellent cooking and people-management skills. You take pride in running a well-organised, efficient kitchen and are confident producing

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef Manager or strong Sous Chef ready to step up.
• Excellent cooking and people-management skills.
• Able to run a well-organised, efficient kitchen and produce high-quality meals at volume.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day catering operation
• Prepare and deliver fresh, seasonal food to a consistently high standard
• Manage, motivate, and develop the kitchen team
• Ensure full compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and due diligence requirements
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with onsite stakeholders and clients
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
• Drive food quality, consistency, and presentation
